TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions are additional to the full terms and conditions contained in Evergreen Cruises & Tours 2018 Canada & Alaska,
Deluxe Touring & Cruising in North America brochure. All bookings are subject to Evergreen Tours full terms and conditions.
The contract between Scenic Tours Pty Limited (“Evergreen”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”) and You includes: (a) these Terms and Conditions; and
(b) Your Itinerary.
It is important that You carefully read the Contract as You will be bound by it once You have signed these Terms and Conditions or otherwise paid the earlier of Your Booking Deposit or the Tour Price.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
The tour advertised in this offer is organised and/or operated by Evergreen Tours Pty Limited a division of Scenic Tours Pty Ltd.
(hereinafter called ‘We’) We reserve the right to alter or change the accommodation, carriers or coaches at any time for any reason.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A non-refundable and non-transferrable deposit of $1,000 Per Person is due within 5 days of booking.
It is advisable to take out Travel Insurance at this time.
If taking advantage of the Fly Deal a second deposit of $2,000 per person will be due 11 months prior.
^TOUR PRICE:
Includes $600 per person discount when you book with Transair International by 29th September 2017.
PAYMENT OF TOUR PRICE:
The Total Tour price must be paid no later than 90 days prior to departure.
*2 FOR 1 AIRFARE OFFER:
Included in the above price. Based on Air Canada economy class Ex Melbourne and subject to availability of a specific class.
Offer is available for bookings until 29 September 2017 until sold out. Buy 1 Airfare, 2nd Airfare is Free.
A non-refundable deposit of a non –refundable A$1000 per person is due within 5 days of booking.
A second deposit of $2,000 per person will be due 11 months prior.
Once deposit is paid Evergreen Tours reserves the right to ticket and fees will be applicable for any changes made.
Variable taxes from $185 per person are included. This amount is subject to change and any increases in taxes will be payable.

ALASKAN CRUISE:
Included in this price is an ocean view stateroom on the Princess Cruises line.
Staterooms are subject to availability at time of booking and if sold out, surcharges will apply for higher category staterooms.
FULLY ESCORTED:
Based on a minimum number of passengers.
TIPPING:
Tipping & Gratuities are included on Evergreen escorted tours.
Additional airline baggage fees may be applicable for internal US flights.
CANCELLATION FEE:
Please refer to the main 2018 Evergreen Cruises & Tours Canada & Alaska brochure terms and conditions for details.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
We strongly advise passengers to take out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances which may arise.
CRUISE DIRECTOR:
An experienced Cruise Director accompanies every cruise (unless stated otherwise).
This may not be the same person as the Tour Director that escorts your tour and is subject to tour numbers and our discretion.
ITINERARY:
The itinerary is subject to change at any time.
IMAGES/MAPS:
Images represent typical scenes. However it is possible that the particular subject matter may not be seen on tour.
